What files and documents do you request for my PCBA orders?

We need Gerber files, Centroid data and BOM for your PCBA orders. Just as you have placed your PCB order with us, in fact, if your PCB Gerber file includes screen printing, copper traces and solder paste layers, you actually only need to send the last two. If your PCB Gerber files are missing any of the above-mentioned three layers, please resend them, as this is the minimum request for PCBA. For the best possible result, please also send us assembly drawings, instructions and photos to us to avoid any ambiguous and even mistaken placement of parts, although most assemblers do not need these.

How should I kit parts if I’m submitting multiple orders?

Multiple kits can be sent in one package, but every package must be marked with each order number
Parts used on multiple jobs should be marked with a sticker to note they are shared
Make sure to provide 5% extra parts for each individual version
